User Agreement

1. Acceptance
This User Agreement governs the use of the blanq.tech platform operated by Blank Group LLC. By registering or using the Platform you accept these terms in full.
2. Account
You must provide accurate information and confirm your email address. You are responsible for all actions performed under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
3. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to attempt unauthorized access, to disrupt its operation, to distribute malware, or to infringe third-party rights. Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Intellectual property
All rights to the Platform, its software and design belong to the Company. Content you upload remains yours; you grant the Company a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages.
6. Term and changes
The Agreement is effective from the moment of acceptance and until account deletion. The Company may amend these terms by publishing a new version on the Platform; continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes. The Agreement is governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic.
