Public Offer

1. General provisions

This document is an official public offer (the "Offer") of Blank Group LLC (the "Company") addressed to any capable individual or legal entity (the "User") to conclude an agreement for the use of the blanq.tech platform (the "Platform") on the terms set out below.

Full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer is the User's registration on the Platform and/or payment for the services. From that moment the agreement between the User and the Company is deemed concluded.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Company provides the User with access to the Platform's functionality — a multi-tenant control plane for creating and managing organizations, workspaces, and related SaaS capabilities — on a subscription or balance top-up basis.

The services are provided remotely via the internet in the form of software as a service (SaaS). Access is granted for the paid period or within the funded balance.

3. Price and payment

The cost of services is shown on the Platform and/or in the User's dashboard. Prices are stated in the currency indicated at the time of payment (KGS, RUB, USD or EUR).

Payment is made by bank card and other methods via the payment providers Stripe (international payments) and ЮKassa / YooKassa (payments within the Russian Federation). The Company does not store full card details; processing is performed by the payment providers in accordance with PCI DSS.

The service is deemed rendered upon the crediting of the balance / activation of the subscription. Payment confirmation is provided electronically.

4. Refund policy

The User may request a refund of unused prepaid funds by writing to support@blanq.tech. The application is reviewed within 10 (ten) business days.

Refunds are made to the same payment method used for payment. Funds already spent on rendered services (an active period consumed, resources used) are non-refundable.

5. Rights and obligations

The Company undertakes to provide access to the Platform, maintain its operability, and protect the User's data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The User undertakes to provide accurate data, not to violate applicable law, not to interfere with the operation of the Platform, and to be responsible for the security of their credentials.

6. Liability and governing law

The Platform is provided "as is". The Company is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. The Company's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the relevant period.

This Offer is governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing agreement — in court at the Company's location.
